• Our 150 acre ranch and all its venue structures including: 6,000 sq. ft. modern metal farmhouse & party barn, open horse stalls, stunning 1,500 sq .ft. indoor event venue (AC), covered ceremony breezeway, private wedding cottage 700 sq. ft.

• The 1,500 sq.ft Indoor Event Venue (AC) with 35' tall ceilings is impeccably decorated in a soft-industrial motif with world-class artwork, polished concrete floors and breathtaking views of Rancho DeSilva.  A semi-private loft is nested upstairs - perfect for an aperitif with a few friends.  Downstairs a fully functional professional bar with large commercial beverage cooler/wine refrigerator ; commercial kitchen with private caterer's entry, refrigerator, 6-burner gas range and flat grill.

• Bridal cottage is a restored 2 bedroom, full bath, 100 year-old home built by the original German ranchers.

​

• Grooms Den is a 220 sq. ft. air-conditioned space attached to the venue with a mini fridge, leather couch, game console, and private outdoor space.

​

• Covered Ceremony Breezeway is a perfect spot for a larger number of seats, dance floor, live band, DJ or food service area if the Texas weather doesn't cooperate.  This special location features a wall made of original stones that were harvested by hand from our property. Dark stained natural wood frames two massive red entry doors to the open horse stalls.

• Heritage Oak Playpen is an outdoor area encircled by dry stack rock walls placed by the original settlers to pen in their cattle. Outdoor cafe lights criss-cross this stunning private location. Hold a ceremony, reception or just kick back.

​

• Stone Fire Pit is strategically due north of the main venue so the views of our feature rich land is unobstructed.  Solid adirondack chairs encircle the fire pit for large groups.

​

• Cedar Post Lawn Area is easily accessed behind the main event venue and is perfect for hosting any outdoor event or wedding ceremony.  Fenced in with natural cedar posts.

​

• Original Big Red Barn is about 100 years old, the barn makes an excellent backdrop for some amazing pictures and memories.  This structure serves no event purpose other than being beautiful and 100% Texas.

​

• Private Tent Location (optional) - for those really large parties a 5,000 sq. ft flat area is available for a private entertainment tent that will have access to all Rancho DeSilva views. 

​

• Ample parking is available for all your guests and vendors.  Rancho DeSilva can easily accommodate shuttles, buses and RVs.
