Policies & Etiquette

  • To book your date we require 50% in a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Subsequent payments are due 90 days prior to your event (25%) and remaining balance (25%) is due 60 days prior to your event. 

No Vendor Requirements
  • We do NOT have a required vendor list. You are welcome to a create a one-of-a-kind event, reflecting your vision. That said, we are happy to recommend any and all of the wonderful people we have worked with in the past - just ask :)

Safe and Secure Events
  • All of our events require security to be present, especially during all open bar hours. We will arrange for this service as part of your booking agreement.

  • 100%. We are dog-moms and we want you to have your furry family member present if that's what you want. Just make sure you clean up after them and that they are well managed. 

  • We can refer you to  event insurance companies that will give you the peace of mind you'll need to have a good time even if liquor is being served at your event.

  • We know that life happens and that circumstances change. Should you need to change the date of your reservation we will do everything we can to accommodate your circumstances.

  • We can work with you to find a filler for your date should you know of a new couple who might be interested in originally booked date.
